Cary Presbyterian Church has been a long-time supporter of scouting programs. The first Boy Scout program in Cary was chartered by CPC. Our scouting program draws members from CPC and the local community.

Cub Scout Pack 232 (1st through 5th grades) meets on Monday nights in the Christian Education Building.

Boy Scout Troop 232 (6th grade thru 18 years old) meets on Tuesday nights downstairs in the main church building. Troop 232 has reached a four-year high in participation, welcomed new adult leaders and is planning a trip to Philmont Ranch in 2018. For more information about the troop,  please contact Dan Clinton.

CPC members continued to be in key leadership positions in 2017:  Matthew Simmons, Cub Master; Al Hardie, Troop Committee Chair; and Matt Donkin, Charter Organization Representative for both groups.

Troop 232 has supported many young men to Eagle Scout rank over the years.

Our cub scout pack and boy scout troop are part of the Crosswinds District of the Occoneechee Council of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA).
