Families & Worship

We welcome families to worship together; however, visitors are welcome to use nurseries available for infants, toddlers and preschoolers during our worship services. During the traditional school year (September-May), a nursery for infants and toddlers is available during the Sunday School hour (see Worship Services & Times).

The Children and Worship Program
Children and Worship offers an interactive approach to faith formation for children from 3-7 years old. During the traditional school year, the program is available as part of the 11 a.m. worship service; in the summer months, it is offered during the 10 a.m. service.

While the congregation gathers and begins to worship in the sanctuary, the children gather upstairs in the Education Building. With the leadership of trained volunteers, they learn about worship and experience the wonder and mystery of God through Bible stories and activities. About midway through the worship service, the volunteers escort the children to the sanctuary for Children’s Time on the chancel steps. Afterwards, the children join their families for the remainder of worship.

If you would like to know more, please ask an usher on Sunday morning or contact the church office at office@carypresbyterian.org.
